Three Month Check

While it’s a couple of weeks late thanks to a scheduler who determined that she knew more about the conversation I had with my neurosurgeon than I did, I am finally going for my three month post-surgery check.

Hopefully the x-rays will show all is healing well and I can get rid of the brace and start doing a few more things. I believe it means I can do twisting or bending but not both at the same time and lifting will still be limited but not as limited.

Then I’m going to do some errands. And because I have been in healthcare, namely acupuncture, and read all about the virus before people were really aware of it, I know it would impact my areas of imbalance. Because of that, I will continue to mask up even though most others aren’t.
