One of the more difficult things to watch out for on social media is the number of people, not just advertisers, who are working on weight loss. And that gets hard for folks who might have eating disorders.

I’m not sure what someone who is actively trying to avoid those triggers do because it seems like it crops up everywhere on my timeline, from posts about putting cats on diets to friends who have found the latest and greatest diet and have to talk about it.

I usually navigate those things without much effort but for some reason, this fall, it seems like a lot of folks are out there dieting and attempting to lose weight right now. And those that aren’t have put their pets on diets.

Let’s be real. I made a mistake on read on comments on a fat post so there’s that, too…
