Kentucky Cryptids

So I am writing another book about people hunting ghosts. I keep trying this particular theme and I never seem to write the book I want to write and I end up hating it.

This time, I was stuck on some Kentucky history in terms of placing things so I started looking for books on the history of Kentucky. I found one about the mysterious history of Kentucky which talked about everything from the Adena Peoples who built mounds throughout the eastern United States, to UFO phenomena, to large cryptids that may live in the Green River or the Ohio River.

Of course all stories are cited and one UFO story had citations and quotes from the Louisville Courier Journal. While I can’t say I’m suddenly a believer, it makes you wonder. And it gives me all sorts of ideas for my paranormal researchers. But really, I just wanted ghosts!
