I can’t believe it’s December already. It seems like we just started the year but a lot has happened when I look back on it.
Last year, we were looking at incredibly high numbers of Covid and had the promise but not quite the reality of a vaccine. Now, the vaccine is easily available in the United States for all people, which, I have to add is a privilege. As we are seeing out of South Africa where they are talking about the latest variant, not all countries have the same access.
We’ve lost loved ones living overseas to this disease. We’ve traveled to bury them. I’ve finished my novel challenge, 6 novels in 12 months and I published all six of them. I published one after that and have one that needs another read-through and then some editing at least. I’m nearly finished with a second.
I’ve written quite a number of short stories and have had quite a few of them published and others are out at markets.
My cats are doing okay, although we had some health issues this year with them as well.
So lots of things have happened and when I look back at them, I know it’s been awhile. But it feels like no time at all.
