Having worked as an acupuncturist, I am well aware of the problems insurance companies can cause for people in the US. And yet, here I am, still trying to get better after surgery and I have to call and deal with our carrier because for some reason they think I have a secondary insurance.
I hope that they’ve taken care of it but we’ll see over the next few weeks as more EOBs come through.
