Back from Vacation

I got out of the habit of posting for the last couple of weeks, adding in a few posts to go while I was gone and then I completely forgot. I have two classes this week to do and odds and ends to tie up but I still find it hard to believe that I forgot for two full days that I needed to blog.

Bouchercon was fun. I’m not sure how much I learned but I had someone point out an interesting lesson. There was an author there who was really quite engaging and because of that, I’ll definitely be looking to read their books. I think someone said that this was making a connection and that was a good point. She didn’t talk about her books. I have no idea what her books are about other than a vague sense given the panels they put her on. But I want to read them, or at least one of them because she connected with me by being who she was. Or the stage version of who she was.
